What Aptiro is

Aptiro is a CRM for B2B sales teams that is built around one question: which of your accounts is actually ready to buy right now. Most CRMs are good at storing what has already happened. Aptiro also watches for what is about to.

Three things make it different from a plain accounts-and-deals tool.

It watches for buying signals. Funding rounds, hiring sprees, leadership changes and product launches are pulled in from the web, and from any source you connect, then attached to the right account and graded strong, medium or weak. See connecting your first data source.

It scores every account against your ideal customer. You define who you sell to once, and Aptiro scores how well each account fits, how ready it is to buy, and how large the opportunity looks. See understanding ICP fit and readiness scores.

It keeps the whole revenue picture in one place. Accounts, contacts, deals, pipeline stages, renewals and at-risk clients sit together, with forecasts weighted by stage and split by new business, renewal and expansion. Claude and ChatGPT can query all of it on your behalf, read-only and scoped to what you can already see: see connect an AI assistant.

Finding your way around

The sidebar groups pages by what you are trying to do. Getting started takes you from your first sign-in to your first scan. How to covers the features you reach for once the basics are working: sequences, notifications, your own trigger sources, team roles and reports.

If you want to see what a working Aptiro organisation looks like before your own accounts have any history, open the shared demo workspace from the sidebar in the app. It is read-only, shared by everyone signed in, and nothing you do there reaches your own organisation.
