Your first sign-in
Aptiro signs you in with Google. There is no separate Aptiro password to set or remember: select Continue with Google on the sign-in page and use whichever Google account your team has agreed to use for Aptiro.
If you are the first person from your company
Signing in for the first time with no existing Aptiro organisation takes you to a short setup screen. Give your organisation a name and you become its first owner, with full access to everything, including billing.
From there you move into a short setup wizard. Only one step in it is required: telling Aptiro who your ideal customer is, covered in understanding ICP fit and readiness scores. Everything else in the wizard, connecting your calendar, connecting an AI assistant, inviting your team, can be skipped and picked up later from the dashboard, which keeps a short checklist of what is left until each one is done.
If someone invited you
An owner or admin invites teammates from Settings > Team by generating an invite link, which works for seven days. Opening it while signed in with the Google account you want to use adds you to their organisation straight away, with whatever role they chose for you. There is no wizard to go through: your organisation already exists, and you land straight on the dashboard.
What you will see
A brand new organisation starts with no accounts at all, so the dashboard shows a short setup checklist instead of a wall of empty charts. Once your first accounts exist, through onboarding discovery, an import, or adding them by hand, the dashboard switches to the usual summary: accounts, pipeline, renewals and the accounts most worth calling this week.
