Work your Today list and sequences
A sequence is a set of outreach steps, a LinkedIn connection, a message, an email, a call, or a plain task, spaced out over a number of days. Enrol a contact in one from the Contacts or Accounts page, and its steps land on the Today page on the day they are due.
Today
Today groups what is due into LinkedIn, email, call and task columns, and lets you switch between what is due today, what is upcoming in the next two weeks, and what you have already done in the last 30 days. By default it shows your own steps; switch to Everyone to see the whole team's.
Each step shows who it is for, which account, which sequence and which step number it is. A step with a message template shows the filled-in text, with the contact's name, account and role dropped in, ready to copy with one click. Marking a step Done logs it as an activity on the account. The overflow menu covers the other outcomes: they replied or a meeting booked both end the sequence for that contact, and skip moves on to the next step without logging anything.
Building a sequence
An admin builds and edits sequences in Settings > Sequences (or wherever
your role's level is Manage rather than Work, see
invite your team and manage roles):
each step gets a channel, a delay in days from enrolment, and an optional
message template using {{firstName}}, {{lastName}}, {{account}} and
{{role}} placeholders.
Letting Aptiro draft the opener
On an account's page, the Outreach panel drafts an email or LinkedIn message for a chosen contact, using a trigger on that account as context when you pick one, so the draft can reference the actual signal rather than a generic opener. Not keen on the first attempt? Add a line of feedback and regenerate; every past draft stays in that panel's history. Generating a draft uses credits, shown on the button to anyone who can see billing.
