Build and share a report
Reports opens on a set of built-in views: pipeline by stage, client health, upcoming renewals, deals closing soon, priority triggers, account engagement, and renewals by quarter. Figures throughout the app, on the dashboard and elsewhere, are kept consistent with what these show.
The report builder
When a built-in view is not quite the cut you need, build your own. Choose a record type (accounts, deals, contacts or activities), the columns you want, any filters, and how to group and sort the result, with a live preview as you go. Filters can be combined with both AND and OR, so "clients at risk, or with a renewal in the next 30 days" is one report rather than two.
Saving and sharing
Save a report to come back to it later from Saved Reports. Sharing it makes it visible to colleagues with the right permission, so a report someone built is not locked to the person who built it, and a shared indicator shows who built it and who else can see it.
Scheduling
A saved report can be emailed out on a schedule rather than requiring anyone to open Aptiro and look. Every scheduled report email carries an unsubscribe link, so a recipient who no longer needs it can come off the list without asking whoever set the schedule up to remove them.
Exporting
Any report, built-in or your own, can be exported as CSV or Excel, or sent to print, which your browser can save as a PDF for a board pack or a sheet shared with a colleague who does not have an Aptiro seat. Only a role that can export that kind of record sees the export option at all.
